All American Rigging was contracted in 1997 by the Bush Presidential Library's General Contractor to rig an exact replica of a Grumman TBM Avenger Bomber plane flown by George Bush in WWII.

Since the building floor was elevated five feet higher than the outside surface, the plane had to be rigged into an exhibit room through an exterior opening in the building.

The limited headroom into the exhibit area mandated the removal of aircraft landing tires and wheels. The plane was then skated on spindles into the exhibit hall.
