All American Rigging was contracted in 1993 by General Electric to perform swap out rigging of 73 1500 KVA PCB filled transformers of the J.T. Deeley Power Plant in San Antonio, Texas. All American Rigging designed, engineered and constructed a lifting cage for protection of units during hoisting and containment of any possible fluid leakage.

Transformers rigged out of top floors of 2 units one at a time and staged outside for changing out top hats and removal of fluids.
